If customers order through a website, app or ordering platform, retyping those orders into TallyPrime costs time and invites mistakes. Powercomputers connects the two through TallyPrime’s integration interface, so orders, stock updates and sales records move without double entry.
A documented integration interface
TallyPrime can run as an HTTP server that accepts XML requests from other applications, to import data into a company or export data out of it.
Orders recorded as real vouchers
Incoming orders can be recorded as sales orders or invoices against the right customer and stock items, so they flow into deliveries, billing and receivables like any other sale.
Stock levels from the same books
Stock balances can be exported from TallyPrime to your ordering channel where the platform accepts them, so what customers see comes from the records you account from.
Customers and items kept consistent
Masters such as customers and stock items can be created or updated through the same interface, so both systems use the same names and codes.
Excel import as a fallback
Where a platform can only export spreadsheets, TallyPrime’s Excel import brings masters and transactions in from a mapped file.
One set of sales reports
Once orders are in TallyPrime, they appear in the same sales, outstanding and stock reports as the rest of your business.
