Tally Software Services (TSS) is a software subscription for a collection of services that add great value to your TallyPrime by giving you the latest developments in technology and statutory laws.
With an active Tally Software Services (TSS):
Product upgrades and updates
Regular product updates keep TallyPrime in step with your changing business requirements. Get new product enhancements and upgrade to the latest releases.
Banking
Bank reconciliation inside TallyPrime, with payment and receipt vouchers created by importing bank statements in a few clicks. Statement import depends on your bank’s file format, which we check during setup.
Data synchronization
With multiple branches or a warehouse, TSS syncs data across locations, with no manual merging at the end of the week. Decide what data to sync and when, and see consolidated financial, stock and performance reports for every location.
Remote access and web reports
Check financial reports, sales figures or stock status from a laptop at home or on a business trip. Log in securely through any web browser, even on your phone, and download and share reports or invoices.

TSS is a yearly subscription. It stays active for 12 months from the date of renewal or activation.
No. Upgrades are only available with an active TSS subscription.
No. TallyPrime works without TSS. However, an active TSS is required for connected services, the latest updates and remote features.
A Gold licence doesn’t have a limit on users.
