From registering to the day itself
Register
Fill in the form for the event. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away.
Join the WhatsApp group
If the event has a WhatsApp group, the link is in your confirmation. The group is for that event’s information only.
Get the venue and confirm
Three days before, we email you the venue and ask you to confirm you’re still coming. If you haven’t answered, we remind you once the next day.
Tell us how it went
The day after the event, we email you a short feedback form.
Frequently asked questions
We email the venue to everyone registered three days before the event, together with a link to confirm you’re still coming. Register to receive it. If you register within those three days, the venue is in your confirmation email.
Confirming tells us how many people to expect. We ask three days before the event, when we send the venue, and send one reminder the next day if you haven’t answered.
Open the link in your confirmation or venue email and choose “I can’t make it”. You can change your answer with the same link until the event starts.
A WhatsApp group for information about that event only. When an event has one, the link is in your confirmation email and on this page once you’ve registered.
Each person registers with their own email address, so everyone gets their own confirmation, venue email and feedback form. An email address can be registered once per event.
We use them to manage your registration and to send you the emails for that event: the confirmation, the venue, one reminder if needed and a feedback form. We only send you other PowerTally news if you tick the box to agree.
